Lost in an amusement park called Imagination

I was born and lived in Southwest Philadelphia until relocating to Camden, New Jersey at the age of ten. I was like every other child in my neighborhood except I was an only child. As an adolescent I wished countless times my mother would give me a brother or sister to grow up with but I guess the universe had other plans. Being raised an only child cultivated an active imagination that ultimately led me to write numerous stories in secret. Then, as an adult working overseas, I was inspired to blend my personal experiences with my imagination. This recipe formulated the blueprint of my debut novel, The End Justifies the Means by T.H. Moore that was published in 2006.

Ten years later I penned my second novel, The Devil’s Whisper.  This story is uniquely creative fiction that ventures away from the inspiration of my own life experiences. In The Devil’s Whisper, I chose to dive into a darker set of dual protagonists whose sole objective is to survive the hellish circumstances of the world they live in. Which bring us to my latest novel, I AM… where I force readers to experience a fictional cultural reckoning spawned by the ingrained cultural bias of corrupt police officers. My hope is my novel, I AM…, will help spawn the unsettling, yet necessary, conversation American citizens must have to ultimately resolve the strained relationship between police officers and the communities they patrol.

I am the proud father of one son, Jason. I’m an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. I’m currently a resident of the D.C. Metro area where I’m working on the next two installments of The Devil’s Whisper trilogy. But of course, my mind continues to swirl with countless stories.
